Al Afghani Bukhari Restaurant was born from a simple idea: bring the real taste of Afghan cooking — the kind made slowly, shared generously — to the heart of Adhen.
Every pot of Bukhari rice is layered by hand, every piece of bread is shaped fresh, and every guest is welcomed the way we welcome family. That's the tradition we've opened our doors with.
Founded by Shams Mir Bad Shah — born and raised in Afghanistan — the restaurant is a tribute to the flavors and hospitality he grew up with. Passionate about cooking and driven by a genuine love for the food industry, he built Al Afghani Bukhari to share that passion with Ras Al Khaimah.
